Ha, not that far south.  Buckinghamshire, about 20 miles north-west of London.

Excellent - that will make him the 10th= top GB points scorer so far this year along with the Dominator and well ahead of Phillips, Rice, Milton, Cox & Willis, who are all ranked above him. (Bloomers too, but he's been out injured for quite a while)

SMC - what's your source for this and do you know who he plays in the Final?

I 'phoned the tournament office in Edinburgh, but I didn't ask them who he's due to play in the final. Doh!

Wow, never realised that was Leon Smith.  I've seen that guy at so many tournaments, usually accompanied by big Arv but I never knew who he was.

OK, anoraks:  what does that do for his ranking?

I'll get in before the anoraks wink and estimate that it'll take him up over 100 places into the 560s.

Let's hope it's not a flash in the pan, it's the best we've seen from Slabba for ages. smile.gif

Alright! That's what I'm talking about. A title, Leon Smith in his back pocket - and the grass season to come.

Is Middlesex's third finest back to conquer the top 200?
