I remember last year during the summer she was proud of her efforts and tweeted her score but the next day she lost and there was no update. Since then she has chosen not to provide us with any scores. The fact that she tweeted so quickly after the end of her match tells me shes in good spirits and probably won.

What does Laura feel is her best surface? I imagine clay will be near the bottom - she is a brit after all.

Not sure there's anything congenital against Brits being able to perform on clay. Many Brits in the past have not really had enough experience of clay and / or they maybe have been given this low expectation that Brits don't do well on clay. Of course Laura is Aussie born, not sure about the Aussie genes smile

I'm not sure how much she has played on clay but certainly the green clay results in the USA are very encouraging, then again one hopes she is developing her abilities generally.

Yes, be interesting what she feels herself, although that may develop over time.

Great if she turns out to be a really good all-surface player.
