She will be provisionally at 101 but another win will take her back into the top 100 again!
I was afraid that she would be stuck at challenger level for a long time but she's already doing very well. Cornet will be tough but she has obviously dropped down the rankings dramatically in the past year so we'll see what happens!

But that was awful from CSN.It took me back to when Tatiana Golovin completely killed her ankle in Miami 2006 vs Sharapova which was just the worst. But, unlike Sharapova, that was great sportsmanship from Anne and she stayed there for a long time so good on her.
I was impressed with Anne. Had some trouble holding serve but it was very good and she has the makings of a pretty good claycourt game with her heavy topspin groundstrokes and good movement. It got really physical out there and there were some great rallies. Excited that Anne has added a kick serve to her game as well as some semi-decent dropshots (though she should stay away from forehand dropshots) and some good angles which will be really effective this claycourt season. C'mon Anne!

Anne has played Cornet once before, taking just 5 games off her in AO Q in 2007, so there's some serious revenge needed here! It's going to be tough for her to extend her 5-0 record in WTA QFs, but I would say the gap between them has certainly narrowed in the last 3 years.
