A great shame after they managed to fashion that early break. cry  The third seeds were clearly too good for them, especially on clay & with Colin just back from injury. hmm

no its quite standard practise on the tour especially in these African events, futures right up to ATPs.......

at each venue there's a local specially chosen for the size of his appendage who is the ITF's designated "Chief Bummer" for that event.

particularly poor performances are punished by the Chief Bummer, on court straight after the match as an additional spectacle for the local crowd.

It often comes as quite a surprise particularly for those new to the African tournaments but it sure makes players fight hard for every point.

I expect the plane flight out of Morocco will be an uncomfortable one for Flemski

Thanks Sheddie for this clarification.  Maybe Steven has some relevant statistics re GB players' experiences re the above.
