Well, that' s been some fight on both sides. I made it at least 8 breaks in 12 games this set, so maybe don't get too excited about any mini breaks in the tiebreak
Georgie *1-0 (I doubt it'll be the last mini-break!) *1-1 (told you! ) 1-2* (who's going to win a service point first?) 1-3* Zhang unfortunately *2-3 back on serve, as if that matters *3-3

Aww, pity. Tennisforum contributor says Georgie lost 7-6 (4) in third.
I am taking that as more reliable than the following post of Larsson beating Zhang 6 - 0 6 - 0 in the final from an evidently disgruntled member !
Well, that match was fluctuating to say the least, seemed neither prepared to give up and I was so hoping Georgie could join Bally in being a save 3 MP winner !
On the face of it, a very good match from Georgie. Zhang was of course the title winner last week in Hammond ( though very strangely just beat qualifiers and lucky losers in her 5 matches incl. Heather 7 - 5 6 - 2 ) and has had good wins vs Naomi Broady ( in a long 6 - 4 6 - 2 match ) and two top 200'ers here.
So, Georgie at times recently seems to have strepped up a level given this and her very comfortable win against Heather.
Very unlucky
