Naomi lost 6-4 6-2 but the match lasted about 1hour 40mins so very competitive with lots of games going to deuce. Arguably played better this week than last without any ranking points reward. Back home now rest up and regroup for Jersey starting 22/3.

Not such good news using tomorrows OOP Heather was beaten and Georgie's match didn't get underway.
Heather's defeat is not a huge surprise as most of these Chinese girls are underranked. Georgie is scheduled to play 2 matches tomorrow assuming of course she wins the first one which I am going to boldly predict she will.

Oh, Heather lost 3-6 6-2 5-7. I guess it was just one epic too many! Another pleasing week, she recovered extremely well from that beatdown and she's continuing to play at the level of a top 200 player.
