Great draw for Naomi but another toughie for Heather as this Chinese girl could be anything.
Slight concern over the amount of energy both girls have left but hopefully not going to be a problem.

EXCITING times. Keep it up Heather!

Zhang is a good player, her game is nice and neat and tidy but the LL she played in R2 gave her a few problems so Heather certainly has a chance.

As for Naomi, don't be fooled by Hampton's rank, she's 19 but has been injured or something and is only just starting to move up. She's a pretty good player.

Wow, great stuff all round.

Interesting if the LTA are really trying as much as possible to have many of the girls competing together.  Could really be helpful in creating atmosphere for success.  Be great if the times come when folk fear "The Brits are coming"  smile

Pleased for Mel that she is getting something out of the week after being so disappointed with her singles.
