With so many Brits exiting singles today here at least is a tournament where interest is maintained. Moldova's major junior tournament intriguingly promises semi-live scores, but in spirit with life in the country (well described in Playing the Moldovans at Tennis by Tony Hawks - where he takes on the whole Moldovan national football team at tennis, as part of a drunken bet) semi-live appears to mean scores entered in the oop hours rather than days after the matches take place
Dan Cochrane has reached the quarters, and the doubles semis in partnership with James Hignett. However Dan's path to the semis is blocked by the winner of the Czech Junior Open last month (who beat Ashley in the semis there)
