H and K take the first set 6-3, converting the only break point they created and saving the only ond they faced.

2nd set TB, they each had one break in that set.

Damm DF's to give Hutch/Kerr 3-1 lead.

Good win and saved a fair few set points in that TB too.

Good win for Hutchins against a decent pairing and hopefully they can go on and take advantage of it and reach at least the semi finals here.

Good win

Next match doesn't get much easier - likely to be Kohlmann/Nieminen who beat Flemski in AO

It will indeed be Kohlmann & Nieminen, who saw off Big Ivo & one of Jamie's M's old playing partners, Dusan Vemic, by 5 & 4 yesterday.  Another Jamie M ex-partner, Booty, & his current partner, Rajeev Ram, dumped out yet another former partner, Max Mirnyi, & Mahesh Bhupathi, the top seeds, by 4 & 4 yesterday.  There is, in fact, only one seeded pair left in the competition at the moment, Mardy Fish & Mark Knowles (USA/BAH) (2), as Isner & Querrey saw off the third seeds, the Brazilian pair, Melo & Soares, by 7-5 4-6 [10-8]! disbelief

*  Belated congratulations to Ross & Jordan on a fine first-round win. thumbsup.gif

5-4*, h and k, seem to be so good at saving break points, just saved 3 there, from 15-40
