Boggo's Ranking Table

I'm going to keep a table showing Boggo's ranking which i'll try to update at least every other day.  It's not perfect, I haven't gone as far as splitting players level on points, and anyone rising about 30 places during the week could come in and spoil everything.

I might do some more for Evo, Wardy etc later on but just see how it goes with keeping one table up to date and correct at the moment.

The bt.net logo I was going to put in isn't working so I'll take it out later.

Updated to today. Boggo is provisionally 163rd with Ramos-Vinolas in Tanger and Gaudio in Buenos Aires both one win away from overtaking if Boggo loses tomorrow.

A win would bump him up to 161 and possibly 160 if Bozoljac loses in Belgrade.

I see Boggo's going to overtake David Nalbandian this week ... amazing some of the names you see down at this level!

Maybe I spoke too soon then, I assume Numpty has a WC? I guess Josh didn't expect to have to check the Buenos Aires main draw for players at this level.

I think Nalbandian was ranked high enough when the entry lists were produced to make the main draw by rights as he isn't listed as having a wild card next to him, and I can't imagine they would force him to use a PR instead of giving him a wild card.

Nalby looked reasonably decent last night for his first match since last May so I can't imagine he will be sticking around at this level for too much longer.

I did check, just wasn't looking for Nalby's name in any of the draws, didn't realise he was about to make a comeback.

Thanks for noticing though Seagull and anyone please point out any more errors if you see them.

Boggo at 159, a win against Pryzysiezny would guarantee top 150, with a best case of 146 if Rosol, Bozoljac and Nalbandian all lose their next match.

Maybe Boggo has found out that Josh has set up Boggo's own special ranking table and it is just giving him that extra inspiration  smile

Although, actually from what I read elsewhere, his current ambitions are actually limited to getting into the top 150  hmm.gif

lol was nice while it lasted.

i make it that up till Eastbourne Alex has 65 points to defend. so he needs a few good weeks at least to even stay level.

from what i can gather his schedule will be:

Sarajevo
Jersey
Athens
Rhodes
Isreal (he's not sure on that one yet)

but it will be tough, i think Sarajevo looks strong, and i expect jersey will end up stronger than last year too.

Thats a good looking schedule for Alex, tournaments he could do well in with plenty of breaks/training weeks mixed in.  I have high hopes for him pray.gif

Boggo, Vliegen and Zemlja are all level on points, ranked 150-152. Threats are Marrero reaching the semis at Meknes and Romas-Vinolas or Ouahab reaching the final. Quite a few players would overtake if they won it, so looking at absolute best case 150 and absolute worse 155.
