Alex had to come through qualifying this week, so has had plenty of match practice. Lucy's opponent has a modest record, so she should be able to avoid last week's disappointing first round defeat. Unfortunately she also has the talented French girl Lou Brouleau and the strong second seed Doroteja Eric (Casablanca semi-finalist) in her quarter.

Another disappointing tournament for Lucy, who doesn't get the chance to test herself against the French prodigy. Alex and Lucy also lost their doubles opener.
