she got to the and then as Maza said, the next morning she woke up and was suddenly a housewife as opposed to a tennis player. :)

 

Really big chance for Heather here, I hope she takes it! Cmon.

Her decline has been highly publicised. I'm suprised you didn't hear.

Basically, she woke up one morning and forgot how play tennis.

 



Her decline has been dreadfully odd. I want to place the blame on Stepanek... (for which I still might) but yeah, watching her play during her heyday was special but then, merely two years later, she was hitting the middle of the net, double faulting and generally... yeah, forgot how to play. She's a mystery. Must check on where she's ranked now... 192. Wow. And she lost in the first round of a 25K to Christina McHale. 2009 Record on 11-17 and despite beating Alona Bondarenko twice, she rarely won a match against something ranked inside the top 100 (5 in total, 2 to Alona) - shame...

Their updates are very sporadic and randomly timed. I wouldn't draw any conclusions about the length of the matches from the time between updates.
