Josh's exit today brings to an end a pretty rotten week in men's singles. Worldwide this week we had:

- 2 no. 1 seeds, Josh out in the QFs to a player outside the top 50, Evo out in R1
- 1 additional main draw seed, Dr No out in R1
- Jamies Feaver went out to a qualifier in his event too
- 3 players seeded to qualify for their events, of whom only Jamie B even made it to the fqr

Only two players in the GB top 25 managed to get a round further than they were seeded/ranked to this week - Wardy in Zagreb qualifying and Meatball in Eilat and they were the only two apart from Josh who gained any ranking points for their efforts.
