As well as Sarah Borwell, Elena Baltacha has opted to play and Laura Robson has been granted a wildcard alongside an Australian she played at last year's junior Wimbledon. All have avoided seeds.

That's just the kind of draw Sarah would have wanted, and she will be targeting this as her first Grand Slam doubles win.
Good to see Laura and Bally here as well, should be a good experience for Laura at least and some doubles practice for Bally in case she needs to play it in Fed Cup.
Surprised to see both Bally and Laura in the draw. Bally never plays doubles and Laura is supposed to be resting a minor shoulder complaint ahead of the juniors. I think Laura knows Peers pretty well and it doesn't count towards her tournament entitlement for next year so I suppose there is no harm but still surprised to see her in the draw.
