"Bloomers had 4mp but lost 13-11 in a final set tb. Gutted. Rich has just squared up to him and accused him of cheating, don't really know why. Drama! Josh is 7-6 3-6 1-0*"
Were they calling their own lines?
They have two line judges in total, vamos reckons it might of been what he was doing whilst bloomers was serving but he said it could be anything.
Good to hear That's Jamie's first completed straight sets win of the year ( though he has had some aborted or not played at all ) and he has only played opponents ranked lower than himself,.
Inglot looks to be in great form this week and will probably give Josh a good match in the QF's, but you would expect Josh to win if he is going to move himself back up the rankings.
Good to see Baker continuing the form from last week and hopefully he can take a title out of it to make up for not winning last time.
Shame for Bloomers to lose like he did in such a close tiebreak and especially given that there seems to be some kind of controversy surrounding it as well.
Dom had a pretty good week last year and I'm sure one or two of us were laughing about him winning those matches... I think? Did I imagine that? Or is there another Inglot?
Lugassy is actually ranked 623, not in the 1000's, so it was an even better win for Dom! Certainly am backing him to beat Josh tomorrow, if they play close to how they did today.

That doesn't sound like the legendarily laid back Bloomers ... he must have been pretty incensed. Great to see him get to close to a top 200 player though, shows you what he could (still) do if he really put his mind to it.
Meatball's result does look pretty terrible, but poor him getting told off in front of everyone.
Great win for Inglot though, we all know that Lugassy's much better than his current ranking suggests. It strikes me Inglot could also be much higher-ranked if he really put his mind to it, and I rather hope he beats Josh, who while still racking up the odd win, sadly seems to be going nowhere fast.
