Count, I remember having a quick look and overall for 2009 his TB record is not that bad.
Although, as has been said he has lost his last 6, I think he may even be up overall for 2009, if not it is pretty close.
Unfortunately I am currently getting an error message for his playing activity on the ATP website, but it can easily be checked from there when it's up again.
Edit : ATP site activity came back up. Including the last 6 TB losses, Dan's record for 2009 I make to be : Won 7, Lost 9. I see that Steven's figs tie in with this.

Evo's record in t/bs in senior events (Futures and above, singles only) is 18-25, including 7-9 this year and 7-10 last year.
Strangely though, up to the time he won the 2nd set against Kevin Anderson in Granby, his record in t/bs this year was 7-3, since then (including the 3rd set against Anderson) it has been, as Indiana says, 0-6.
This may partly be due to the type of events he has been playing, because this year's 7-9 in t/bs splits down as:
4-3 in Futures 3-2 in Challengers 0-4 in ATP Q, USO Q & DC combined
