io think alex missed3 FH's ina row (in the volley) on the BP he got caught in 'no mans land' and ended up retreating with levy in full control of the point

0-15 al miss-hits a fh again
0-30 al puts a ds into the net!

15-30 huge rally al really going for it and eventually prevails, possibly reckless hitting tho
30-30 al wins after a long rally.
30-40 al puts bh dtl just wide - no challenge?
duece long rally al really hitting hard, lvey putting everything back. al wins with touch volley winner
Ad al huge FH dtl for alex, levy cant get return over net
game volley winner of S& V

some huge shots from alex in that game but HL making no errors!

very disappointing play from 2-3, one sloppy game to throw it away. alex needs to work on his pace around the court and his volleys.

HL servin at 5-3

15-0 al returns to net
30-0 huge bh going bheing AL by HL al cant keep it in
40-0 long rally al gets to a DS but HL lobs ad al cant keep it in play.
40-15 levy hits long after short rally
GSM :( out wide serve followeed by volley winner

shame there. Alex played really well in places and he had his chances. i think his volleys let him down a lot today. he missed some pretty straightforward ones at times. His touch stop volleys are world class tho, but when he has to put them away he often goes wide/long etc

hopefully a kind draw in helsinki (i'e not a huge server 1st up). In some ways the end of the year is coming too soon for alex, but i know he is looking forward to the break as well.
