i'd prefer Bholi i guess, i think i remember in St Remy Boggo was feeling unwell.
also really thsi week is probably Alex's last chance for points, Helsinki next week, being carpet will be lucky if he makes the 2nd rd.
I was leaning towards Levy as Boggo has beaten him, although that was 2.5 years ago, so he knows he can beat him. Also Boggo has been soundly beaten by Bohli twice. However if your right Count and Boggo was unwell in their last encounter, I'm kind of unsure. Don't think it really matters as I'm confident Boggo could beat either of them on the Indoor Hard form he's shown of late.

Well done, Alex! And a bloody nose for that obnoxious tosser on MTF, Iván, who was slagging him off yesterday. I'd love to have seen his face when the final point was won. Not hard to imagine his language, though... Mind you, there are so many obnoxious tossers on that site that Iván's can't be the only bloody nose!
one thing that impressed today was boggo obvisuly switched something up and it made the difference. He has been accused of being a purely plan A player in the past and if it wasnt working then its over, but today plan A didnt work but plan B did the job :)
i guess he should be pretty much guaranteed a spot within the top 170 at the end of the year too now, not bad at all considering on the 14/9/09 he slipped to 252.

Unless you've actually done the calculations, I'd guess not quite that high - based on what you needed to get to a certain ranking last Monday, he'd be up to about 163 and there are 5 Challengers this week c.f. 4 in the same week last year, so for once this year, the points thresholds may go up rather than down.
More importantly, it's great to see Boggo continuing to do so well this autumn - what is also very impressive is that next Monday, he will have one Challenger title, 3 semis and 4 QFs in his ranking, i.e. 8 QFs or better, despite only having been seeded in 4 Challenger main draws in the last 12 months - Cancun last November (out in R1). Wolfsburg in February (reached QFs) and the two Jersey Challenger (one SF, one out in R1), i.e. he has won a title, reached 2 semis and 3 QFs in Challengers in which he wasn't even seeded.
Another mini-milestone Boggo will reach on Monday is that it will be the first time he's been ranked in the top 170 since the Monday after the Austria DC tie, so his ranking will finally have recovered from the effects of being the scapeGOAT and the battering his confidence seemed to take as a result - never mind the fact that (sadly) all the players who have replaced him in DC singles have done even worse, except perhaps Eaton who won a dead rubber (something which Alex managed in AUS a few years back too) but whose performances everywhere else have seen him almost drop out of the top 500

has alex really only been seeded 4 times last year - wow.
will be interesting to see if alex is put back in the frame for dc contention again? currently he looks head and shoulders above the rest of the brits with possibly jamie baker close, but juding futures with challengers maybe isnt too good.
Alex is winning more 3 set matches than he's losing now, and he seems to be coming through the tight spots much better than before. theres a very strong possibility he could be top 150 by the time of the tie too.
