Never really expected it to be too close, but thought closer than that.

Yes, hopefully she can take this on the chin, not get too downhearted about it, and just strive more to make herself better, so that the next occasion she faces a really top rank player it will be closer.

I thought a total of 5 games would have been par so clearly very disappointing. Hopefully Katie won't dwell on this performance for too long and move onto her next tournament with no loss of confidence.
