QR1: (q5) Josh Milton WR 520 v (WC) Soren Hess-Olesen (DEN) UNR QR1: (q4) Chris Eaton WR 483 v Mads Engsted (DEN) UNR
Qualifying is extremely weak here. (*) If Josh wins his first match, he'll probably face (q2) Lars Poerschke (GER) WR 368, who has drawn the other unranked Hess-Olesen brother, while if Chris winns, he will face (q8) Brian Battistone (USA) WR 877 or Michael Kohlmann (GER) WR 1153 in the FQR.
(*) But not nearly as weak as qualifying for the Tashkent Super-Challenger, where the top seed is WR 432 and only the top 4 seeds are ranked!

You'd wish the lta would just send all decent players to Tashkent where they have a chance of an easy 5 points and playing against strong players in the MD.
If Milts or Eaton get through to the main draw their gonna face tough opponents. Qualies are drawn against 3rd seed Steve Darcis, 4th seed Thiemo De Bakker, 5th seed Stefan Koubek and Alexander Peya.

A pretty easy draw here for Eaton with an unranked local guy and then a doubles specialist to qualify.
I think if Koubek is the best draw the qualifier can get then in a challenger we are scraping the barrel a bit!! Peya should be the one a qualifier would want to draw anyway.
A tricky draw for Boggo as Juska has a big serve (unless I am thinking about someone else) so should be dangerous indoors but it is a match Boggo should be looking to win.
I think Kohlmann could be a bit of a threat- presuming he serve-volleys a lot like Eaton it might come down to who returns best- you would hope Eaton would come through a doubles speciailist though.
