Jamie Baker should be seeded here as he looks to build on his recent return to form and looks for a fourth successive final.

Listen to an interview with him on BBC Radio Scotland here (interview starts at 31 minutes 13 seconds) - http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/b00n3lx4

Imagine this conversation:

"What shall we call our town?"
"Happy Valley?"
"Seriously? That's the best you could come up with?"
"Got anything better?"
"How about Delightful Precipice?"
"..."
"Happy Valley it is."

intruders!

Hilarious!

I would be welcome on some days. I'd need a dual passport then.

L32 :  (7)  Jamie Baker  WR  555   vs  Jarryd Maher  (AUS )   WR  802

Maher is a 20 yo, currently at his career high with best success a semi and 2 quarters in futures.

Hopefully this will be the start of of Jamie's route this week to his 6th successive semi final, 4th succesive final and 2nd succesive title.

With last week's title, he will already have surged back well into the top 500 come Monday's rankings with hopefully much higher to come.

That's a fascinating interview, well worth a listen if anyone hasn't listened to it yet.

Thank's Wolf for the reminder. I meant to listen to it sometime after your first post.

I am now getting messge :  Sports Weekly: 03/10/2009 is unavailable at this time

I hope it will become available again to save me from my procrastination.

Yes, was really interesting to hear him talk about his struggles to get back to where he is now, and the real positiveness at the end.

Listened to the interview last night, good listen. Interesting to hear what he said about bullying in the womens game
