This might explain the singles loss:

"Played entire match with one hand, frustrating does not come close to describing how im feeling. Praying for a miracle from the scan."

Danielle is having an excellent week here - she's up to 15 points for this tournament now (1 for Q + 14 for a QF), so she has more than doubled the number of ranking points she started the week with!

DAnielle used to be ranked at about 300 odd I think but seemed to retire.

Cameback earlier this year but this tournament is the first time she's made waves.
