Well that's a mighty good win that one. What else do you say to that?

Fantastic win smile.gif - that's the best way to answer his critics ... let's hope he can take advantage and win at least one more match here!

Superb Stuff from Dan! The draw has opened up nicely as well, lets hope he can capitalise on that.

Dan has a really good track record at bouncing back from poor moments in his career:

- After his LTA ban he rose about 700 places in the space of a few months
- Followed poor performance at DC play-offs with win in Jersey
- Followed poor grasscourt season/Wimble debut with semi-final in Lexington

Pity. It's now Baker or bust for the men this week, with only 8 points picked up between them so far, 6 of those being Evo's points for winning R1 here.

Ah, pity.

On the face of it though, his first round win seems to show that he does have the quailty to mix it with much higher ranked players.

Hopefully there will be more to come in the remainder of the year.

bit of a disappointment after the 1st rd, but its still better than losing in the 1st rd.

its been a bit grim all round on the challenger front recently, but hopefully we will see some better results generally last in the year as a few more events start to take place.
