Week 40 - Challenger (€106,500 +H): Ethias Trophy, Mons (Belgium) - indoor hard

I would think Jonny came through that one this morning and hopefully Chris played well, its soo annoying that the scoreboard started to work after 1/2 of the brits in qualifying had finished!

I cant find anywhere for just normal results so we'll probably have to wait till draw is updated.

Just Colin left later on tonight.

Ha, I see the scoreboard evenually sparked into life, and they do look on schedule.

Strange though that Milton's is the only match showing in results, and no info at all as to what happened in the first 2 matches on each court.

Indy, I seem to remember a similar sort of thing happening at the Jersey Challenger earlier this year, so the "Today's results" section will show only those recorded from the time when the bloody thing actually started working! flame.gif  I fear we're going to have to wait until all today's results are posted on either the tournament or the ATP site to find out what became of Chris & Jonny!  frustrated.gif

Guess you've got it right SC.

That's 13 matches played, and hey results listed for 9 of them, just not the first 4 !

Hrbaty has just been Bastl in the battle of the old boys, so Colin should be starting very soon ... at 11 pm local ... I don't fancy the winner's chances of making it through to the main draw! doh

Well they could have moved the match to the other court about an hour ago...what a joke. Starting a match at 11pm...jeez.

They could have postponed until tomorrow I guess.

You certainly get your euros' worth at that court,  8 matches stretching from 10 am till almost certainly after midnight.

Yes, and they would be main draw standard for many Challengers too!

Ha, it's on Court 1, they did switch it.

As I was saying, if you were watching Court 1, you got a really good deal, 9 matches starting at 10 am and finishing hopefully about half an hour before midnight  smile

4*  -  5

Desein only serving 52% first serves, but winning 75% of his second serves, which rather too much !

flembo's hit quite a few aces, many when in trouble, first serve must be working well which bodes well for the doubles also...

*4-5

come on Colin

Yes he's hit 10 aces in all, and  quite a few of these just recently.

He's winning 1st serve.  The Belgian's winning 2nd serve  hmm.gif
