RE: Junior Davis Cup Finals - San Luis Potosi, Mexico (Week 39)

The Aussies seem to be a formidable team - they have beaten Poland, Spain, Mexico and no. 2 seeds the Czech Republic so far, all without losing a rubber. Their top two are:

Jason Murray Kubler JWR 89 is on a 15-match, 30-set winning streak in junior singles and has reached a couple of Futures main draws but has not got a ranking point yet.

Luke Saville JWR 154 ATP 1706 and has also been playing very well recently. However, George Morgan beat him 6-3 3-6 6-2 in New Zealand last year and if Ollie is back, they will face each other again in the Final. He has got a senior ranking point, having beaten Steven Goh (ranked around 800) in the Darwin Future last month.

Morgan loses an epic game as the Aussie breaks on I think his 7th bp. I had the score wrong before, I'd missed the first game so we're now 1-3* down

It's actually Andrew Bettles (definitely) playing against Luke Saville (I think)

I missed the last hour, but it must have been straight sets, and Andrew saved a breakback point in the one (last) game I saw in the second set. If it was Luke Saville he was playing (looks more like him than Joey Swaysland from the Aussie team photo) then it was an excellent win.

No, the only time we have made the final before (the competitions have been running since 1985) was last year when Tara Moore/Heather Watson/Amy Askew lost narrowly to the United States
