Four qualifying rounds for a Futures? Am I right in thinking that no points are awarded for qualifying? If so, that's tough!

Yes you are correct - zero points and zero points in MD round 1 cry

Also it costs $40 'cash only' to enter the qualies - It's a tough life when starting out despite what the press would have you believe, they must all be pretty dedicated just to be there!

Beat me by 8secs Steven

Doubles you don't get any points unless you reach the semis.

US futures are dreadful for the guys. The girls get the same silly qualies draws in Portugal/Spain sometimes. 128 qualies - 8 qualifiers - that's called being stingy, methinks.

So, are those in qualifying the only ones who pay a $40 sign in fee?

Its early days for Bloomers but, after picking up wins for the last 5 weeks at 10k level, I feel this week he can go all the way to the title. pray.gif

Where in the USA is Laguna Niguel?

Is it likely to be as hot as last week?
