5-5. Either that was a very long game or something fishy is going on.

Nah. It's website issues. (the person whoowas doing it has gone home)

I made a joke about the hour long game on 'the other' website and the person who was doing the livescores shouted at me, haha.

Well, for whatever reason it's still  cinq - cinq.

I see on the site, being in Quebec, thou shall speak French and we're not even going to give you an English option  smile

Although, I guess to be fair, the LTA often struggles to give info in any language.

Finally the waiting is over.

Heather won (just) 7-5 2-6 7-6(5)

The top 4 seeds all came through the qualifying!

Heather gets the worst possible qualifying spot (of course), good opportunity to see where she is at though!

Q WATSON, Heather (GBR) WR 741 vs TETREAULT, Valerie (CAN) 2 WR 139

Valerie is having her breakthrough year, having won a $25k and a $50k in consecutive weeks in June, plus another $50k in July and qualifying for the US open last month.

I think this one is winable. I'm kind of a Canadian, living in Canada and engaged to a Canadian, and I can tell you their tennis player are much like ours. They often flatter to decieve and choke when on the verge of important break throughs. Overall Canadian are huge underachievers in sports (ice hockey excepted), so my tip is a Watson win. But lets see...
