What a great two weeks for these guys Davis cup inclusion and to win an atp event and beat such quality players, just proves that they are world class. Theres is more to come from these guys so get ready for the next episode of their journey to the top.
Looking at the doubles titles summary on http://www.britishtennis.net/stats/2009m.htm?n=1 after adding this week's titles got me thinking - I wonder if any Brit in singles or doubles has ever before managed to win titles at Futures, Challenger and ATP level all in the same year?!

take it from me it hasnt happened before..............and ill tell u why. roger draper is an astute guy and has put louis cayer in place and is the guy that is making flemski tick. they are something special but he knows his stuff and its paying off.
The flemski's win is not mentioned in UK yahoo tennis !

Even better news - more players must have been dropping points than adding them around the WR 80 mark because Ken has gone up to WR 76 and Colin has gone up to WR 79. Jamie Murray is back in the top 100 too, so we now have four men in the doubles top 100, with Aucks just 4 places away.

Great to see Flemski pick up an ATP title and it looks like they are headed for great things and if they can continue this form until the end of the year they should be ranked towards the top 50 and maybe even be GB numbers 1 and 2.
Looks like we've found a DC double partnership as well with Fleming being a decent back-up singles option, which should be good for our chances in that.
Not exactly difficult to discover from a quick visit to the ATP site: 22,750 euros between them, which I make to be 11,375 euros each. I'll leave you to convert those amounts to pounds sterling...
Just looked at the website story on the win, which noted that this was the first time since the tournament began that it wasn't won by a French team. Interestingly, Clement/LLodra won in both 2007 and 2008 by beating none other than Fyrstenberg and Matkowski.

Sounds like Ken might be sticking to someone else for many years to come too:
Twitter/k_skupski: "Hayley has just said YES!! I couldn't be any happier!!! BOOM!!!!!!!!"
Many congrats to both of them (http://twitter.com/Hayley_Bennett is Hayley btw) ... I wonder if she'd previously said she wouldn't say yes until he's won an ATP title (surely not! )
