In the doubles Chris Eaton & Dominic Inglot are winner.gifs !  They beat Anderson & O'Brien - eventually - by 3-6 6-3 [10-6]. biggrin

     First Brit tournament winner.gifs of the week? Here's hoping David R can keep the flag flying in the singles final tomorrow. A good win for him today, but a bit of a collapse in the second set for Matty I.cry

Great to see Rice in the final and hopefully he can take his first title here, and also good to see Illy return to some kind of form as well.

Disappointing result! I thought he was in with a good chance of the title.cry  I know nothing about his opponent, but I'm surprised at the score, thought it would have been a closer contest!

Mervatron, what's style of play: Rice, Travaglia, O'Brien, Illingworth, Grigelis and Neil Pauffley - defensive (pusher) or offensive counter-puncher, aggressive baseliner?

im fairly sure Pauffley is very aggressive, low-percentage player with a powerful forehand
