"The original land is prepared as per the details given in the preparation sub base for Asphalt courts. After the water bound macadam surface the crushed lime stone (porbundur stone) is used to cover the coating. 40 to 60 tons of lime stone per court is required. The crushed limestone is first rolled dry, and leveled. The water is slowly added and rolled till the paste start coming from below. After allowing the court to breath and dry for few days. The court is then scrubbed, cleaned and a cow dung paste is spread on the court is allowed to dry. After 3 to 4 coatings the court is ready to play.
After the monsoon, the cow dung and sand is cleaned and removed. The court is slightly dug and the 3 rabbit is then spread and rolled dry. Over this 3 limestone is spread and rolled dry. The depressions are filled in and rolled first day and then add water and rolled the area with 10 ton roller. Allow the surface to dry and then scrap the upper surface and roll the entire area with hard roller. Over this cleaned and rolled surface, a thin layer of cow dung is spread. Over this a thick layer of cow dung is spread. Over this thick layer (2 nos.) shall be applied. Each layer should be applied only after the drying of the earlier layer. Around 5 ton per court of limestone is required."
The thing I feel most sorry for is the poor 3" rabbit!
