First post updated, Fitzy's career best win did not come this week, he beat Klizan (WR 215) in Loughborough qualies last year.

Oops, sorry about missing Fitzys bigest win :(

One small point. Bugbys win was in the Cuba F1 against Victor Estrella

Although Miles Bugby's win today was great, it's nowhere near his best. His defeat of Estrella (WR 219) should go on the list. That was during a 10k in Cuba, an event in which he also won the doubles, and even more unlikely was Reeltime's successful wager on Miles.

I've just checked the ATP site, and Estrella's ranking was actually 218 at the time, and not 219.

If Colin is giving his singles career another go, maybe his win over Ito should be added to the list. Unless you can find a better win, his previous best appears to be over Elseneer in 2006 (WR 184)?

Anybody Elseneer? wink

I've just been checking that too, and I think it was Elseneer - the ATP don't list the rankings of all of his previous opponents, but I've checked the ones without rankings whom I thought might have been in the top 200 at some point and they all have career highs outside the top 200.

Any chance of getting this thread made sticky? Would be handy to have it easier to hand at times!
