Fischer def. Niland - 7-6, 1-6, 6-2, according to his website, so they've obviously managed to get in some play, and as that was second on court, Eaton, Cox and possibly Goodall should all have got their matches in.

Weather forecast looks horrible for the rest of the week, so prospects of a lot of play each day looks slim.

Weather in liverpool wasn't bad until 5 pm, when it threw it down. Threw it down overnight as well. But the day itself was OK. There should have been play.

shame for Chris but at least he played better this week

i guess Coxy probably should think of that as a good result against a classy grasscourter like Mahut

Chris Eatons career,- biggest anti climax in sport since the release of Pro evo 2009.

Goody won 6-4 6-4 & Boggo won 6-4 7-6(4).smile

Naughty me, I forgot to mention that Col lost 6-4 4-6 2-6.cry He can concentrate on the doubles now.wink

And another piece of info: Peya saw off Stak, is that good or bad for Boggo?
