Col & Ken (2) won 6-3 6-7(3) [10-6] & take on Duclos & Lacko in the SF after they easily saw off the third seeds, Bastl & Mahut, by 2 & 4.

In the other half of the draw, Goody & Jonny M (4) dumped out Fischer & Nielsen by 5 & 4 to reach the final.

Here's hoping for an all-Brit final! pray.gif

And we've got one! biggrin Col & Ken march on:  they beat Duclos & Lacko 7-6(2) 6-2! w00t.gif  So, the second seeds take on the fourth! smile

Good win by Flemski and they do it without needing the MTB for once, so things are getting better for them.

Would expect them to claim the title tomorrow, but with an all-Brit final, it's really a win-win situation.

Who do we think will win the doubles final then ?? For me, Goodall/Marray have had the more straight forward results. Them to win it 7-6 7-6 me thinks :D. I dont mind who wins of course though.

Bad news from Mcr - Boggo retired when trailing 7-5 3-1. Hope it isn't serious

Good that Flemski have defended the points from last year (Just a pity that last year the Semi gave then 48pts as opposed to 45 for a final this year.)

Shame for Boggo, just when he was putting a decent run together. I fancied him for a final spot.cry Like everyone else I hope it ain't serious. pray.gif

Another great win for Col & Ken clap.gif and, therefore, another Brit triumph this weekend, whoever wins. If I have to pick, it's Col & Ken for me.wink

Really sad that after doing all the hard work getting to the semis, Boggo had to retire against someone you'd think he was a shoe-in to beat under normal circumstances - Sijsling is WR 437, CH=274, he lost 2 & 3 Bloomers in Bath earlier this year and only narrowly beat both Meatball and Eaton in Jersey qualies.

The Count said he was going to be out today and I've been away from my computer most of the day too, thankfully - I'm trying to find out if he knows anything more.

Without going into detail, sadly Boggo almost certainly won't be playing in Lexington next week.
