While most of the top ranked Brits were preparing for Roehampton and Wimbledon Bollettieri student Natalie Beazant has had an excellent week in Morocco, reaching her first tier 1 quarter-final at the Mediterranee Avenir, upsetting third seed Andrea Gamiz. As a result Natalie will join Jessica Ren in the top 200.

In a Grade 5 event in Bermuda Alice Hopkins reached the semis in singles and doubles whilst Elliesa Ball went one better in doubles. Strangely, the doubles final has been abandoned. James Ireland also won a round.

14 year old Clay Crawford won a round at a Grade 4 event in Poland.
