I wonder when the last time we had a mens doubles Grand Slam quarter finalist was. I guess it was Neil Broad unless Tim Henman did it at some point.
This is the 2nd time that Jonny & Delgo have reached the third round, Jonny doing it with Bloomers and Delgo with Aucks.
Also I wonder how many possible televised courts there are at Wimbledon, I honestly didn't think Court 7 was televised but maybe I think that was the old Court 6 and that was I think.

Splendid win for Jamie & Jonny. Must be the best of their respective careers. Can someone fill me in on just what it means for them in terms of ranking points?

They each get 180 points for reaching the L16.
Del had 437 with nothing to defend until 20 July, so now has 617 in total, enough to rise from WR 213 to about WR 150.
Jonny had 364 with 84 from the Dublin Challenger Final due to come off at the end of Wimby so will end up with a net 460, which should lift him about 50 places from c. 256 to c. 206.
