Not to be... they lose 6-7(4), 6-7(5), 7-6(5), 6-4, 6-4.
Beforehand it would have been a match that it wouldn't have been too much of a surprise had they lost given the Brunstrom/Rojer are a good doubles team and did reach the final in Rosmalen last week.
But having had two serves for the match in the 3rd set TB it is a disappointing loss considering the position they were in and how the match slipped away from them.
Who would have imagined that Boggo/Ward, Eaton/Slabba and Delgado/Marray would be the 3 teams that we would get into round two at the start of the competition?
Does anyone fancy playing doubles at Wimbledon this year?
Already there are six lucky losers in the men's draw...the sixth of them are Guccione and Moser, but according to Moser's website he's supposed to be in Houston at the moment!
EDIT: Moser has appeared on the scoreboard so he must have flown back from the USA.
