Too many double faults from Laura and she cannot afford that if she wants to win this match. Needs to keep the first serve percentage high so she can dominate from the serve as I don't suspect that she winning too many points on the second serve.
I hadn't realised that there was such likelihood that Robson would actually play for Australia and not GB, that would be more than a bit cheeky after receiving lots of help from the LTA.
Gutted that Laura went out like that. Still she should keep her head held high as she played superbly and for a set and a half she had Daniella well and truly on the back foot.
Robson recovers from match point but then loses 3rd set 2-6 with DF
Hoose - if you're relying on scores only why not use Wimby live scores-

Sounds like too many dfs at crucial times from Laura. Needs to find herself a reliable second serve, to enable her to really reap the rewards of her big first serves.
Shame for her to lose but it did look like she began to run out of steam in the final set while Hantuchova gradually worked her way into the match and got stronger as the match went on.
Laura did well for a set and a half though, but having dropped the break and failed to get it back when she had her chance, it seemed inevitable that she was going to slip to defeat.
Shame that she gave away too many breaks with a double fault - it's something that needs working on, but she'll learn from this and go away and improve the second serve as it does need work. And she needs to stop double faulting on break points as well...
Good effort from her though to take a set off Hantuchova - just a shame that it went away from her at the end of the match.

The turning point came when Laura, with only 1 appeal left, decided not to appeal when her 1st serve was in but called out near the end of the 2nd set. Her 2nd serve was out making a DF and her next two serves were also out making a 2nd DF and losing the 2nd set. She never really recovered the momentum from then on.
However against the world number 33 previous number 5 this was a fantastic performance and far better than I expected. Before this match I thought she was probably around 150-200 but this was a better performance than one would expect for someone of that standard against world 33.
