Much better from Anne in the little bit of their doubles match I caught. She was hitting some good returns and was actually making a lot of volleys today rather than missing them as she had been all week.

Still think her performance against Bammer was poor and it's a match she should have done a lot better in. The fact Bammer would have lost 6-1, 6-0 to Medina Garrigues if she hadn't of produced another choke perhaps empashises that.

I'm sure that Anne is capable of putting great matches together (and I'm sure she has in the past), it's just that every time that I've seen her play she's been very disappointing - maybe that is a sign that I should just not watch her matches!!!
