Timothy Bradshaw plays Jakub Praibus who we have discussed here before, he was a college teammate of Dara McLoughlin who is Irish so maybe why he is in Ireland. He only plays part time and has a 935 ranking but is very dangerous so tough draw for Timothy..

max jones, and kyle brassington are the only brits through to round two. noteably matthew james came close to his first ranking point, losing in three sets.
