Great win after such a long layoff. I hope she can get to the semis at least now. I am still surprised she has ignored the grass court season back home maybe she hates grass.

According to an articel i read she was out taking a training block so wasn't an injury.
Good chance to do well here now. Shes down to play a 10k next week and then a 25k on clay in canada the week after.

Once she won her game you should have taken the AUS bit away, but put it back when (if) she loses.

Lmao we'll av her while she is winning!
Seriously tho, I though in May she became 18 and then was switching to GB?
Nevertheless, thats a great win!

So nice to see a 'GB' girl winning effortlessly for once!
But will we be able to take the flack if two of our top girls are Aussie-born...??
