well his match at wimby will probably be televised (interactive or website). don't bbc have cameras on almost all courts?
but seems we are running out of DC players!
Lets hope BBC pull themselves together and show Court 1. That first match on CC is the worst match of all the CC and C1 matches. Perhaps the organisers just wanted to encourage Court 1 ticket holders to get in early and create an atmosphere on that court so put Josh out there first. I dunno, no point in just guessing.
Hopefully both BBC and BES wont just broadcast the same match
That CC line-up is a joke. I was quite unhappy that I was going to be away next week and couldn't spend my usual Monday and Tuesday at Queen's, but it's beginning to look like I won't be missing much!
Perhaps I'm being cynical but it looks like the centre court matches have been picked because they involve people Tim used to play against on grass, just so the fair-weather fans will recognise them...
Lopez vs. Kendrick is a nice little old-fashioned grass court match that I would have no problem watching (and I am), but when there is a British player on at the same time, it makes no sense to be showing this match.
Do the BBC not want us to see any of the British players?
I'm sure the UK is the only country in the world which doesn't put it's home players on centre court if it can do so. Last week at the French Open, any French player would be put on a show court... here, we have three Brits and one of them isn't going to be shown on TV.
Poor start for Josh though, and it's going to be an effort to win this set now.
