RE: Week 23 - ATP (€750,000) - Queens Club, London, Great Britain

You know it's a bad day when it's only halfway through QR1 and the only hopes left are Slabba and Cox ... doh

Someone on AM.com is reporting that Boggo lost to Dancevic in a 3rd set tiebreak. I don't know where they got it from, but I don't doubt it for a second. cry

Some of us are still there!

Aha ... so are you getting to see any of it?

I see Cox has just lost to ERV 6-1 7-6(2) - it's Slabba or bust now!

Gosh! The results so far are sooooo disappointing, although I did make the comment to a friend that I'd be very surprised if anyone got past the 1st round.cry I hate to be right on these occasions. Only Slabba left to put a smile on my face.

It looks like we aren't going to get any score from Boggo's court at all - naturally that's the court Slabba is on too.

Ah, so those with passes get inside ... I guess that must mean the Count got in too.

You might like to rephrase that ... wink

Seriously though, does this mean Boggo's agreed to do an interview?

Oops. no not Drew (worrying that  was he on my mind???) it's the Count's pass, courtesy of Boggo, that I'm using.  F-D here too.

boggo's score was 57 64 76(5)

i think he got broken at 4-4 in the 2nd set and also at 6-5 in the tb so again very tight. alex seemed ok afterwards a bit upset that he cant seem to win 3rd set tb's at the moment!!

i think josh got a bit confused smile.gif, FD is there still and i left.

i think you can view slabba's court so hopefully they will update. unfortunately FD didn't find boggo's courtt till just as the match finished :(

Aha, all makes sense now smile.gif

The thing is, taking Dancevic to a 3rd set tiebreak isn't bad at all and easily the best performance from a Brit today ... it was just the way that as it got longer and longer and all the other matches finished, it seemed inevitable that it was going to be a 3rd set t/b loss ...

Amritraj just took out the Gooch in straight sets for the second time this week ... so the Aussies' nearly man is having an even worse time of it than Alex.
