Shame about the loss, but he would have had at least three set points at 6-3 and maybe another one at 7-6 as well, so perhaps Josh should have won that set.
From the stats it looks like a close match but just that poor start that Josh had at the start of the match cost him in the end.
Still just one set won in 10 ATP level matches for Josh, which needs to improve. Still, I'd expect him to get a WC next week, probably alongside Ward and Evans, as they are likely to get the Wimbledon WC's.
Ward's match has begun...so the BBC are talking about Murray and not showing the match.
They did the same when Hewitt's match was starting, but at least they showed the match and just talked over the top.
What a complete joke, we need to support those lower down the rankings just as much (if not more) as Murray. The BBC are pathetic as is John Lloyd - the more i read on here and listen to what he has to say, confirms in my mind that he is not very supportive of the lower ranked players as he should be, as there have been some big ranking jumps this year.
I repeat - pathetic. The french would have stormed the gates of the LTA by now and demanded change.
