Tricky or no, Hutch is now starting to move in exalted circles:  his mixed partner, Rennae Stubbs, is seeded fourth in the women's doubles with fellow Aussie, Sam Stosur.

*  Lisa Raymond is Rennae's former partner in more ways than one...

I haven't got the time to go through all the pairs in the draw, but it's possible that the reason Jamie isn't playing here is because his ranking has slipped to a point where he couldn't actually make the cut (and there doesn't look to be anyone ranked as low as him in the draw unless they are French and would have got a WC)

Not the best draw for Hutchins, but he can give it a go and he has a decent doubles partner as well, so it would be nice to see them win a couple of rounds.
