Well, i agree it's a huge entry, and the authors are likely a combination of his own website and links provided by Oliver et al. For some reason looking at this entry and his website makes me feel annoyed that opportunities don't abound for enough people - there is a fair amount of talent that can be taught but it will only amount to a certain level of success.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Golding was in the brilliant Black Books, where he gets bullied by Dylan Moran.
He plays an annoying, precocious little twirp - what a stretch that must have been... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As it was a comedy, he must have played the part knowingly - which means he can't be all bad. Go easy on the kid, he's good at tennis.

The objective of a website for a tennis player is getting her/him publicity, which in turn helps with sponsorships. And given how much people are discussing him over here, we have to say it's one of the best tennis websites for a British player.
Congrats to Oliver on getting his first point.

Exactly. He has been capable of it for long but can't string together five wins. Although to be fair to him, he hasn't played many weak Futures in his career.

Good win for Bains, and it was probably expected that the others would lose their matches, but great for Golding to get a set before probably running out of steam in the end.
Hopefully Phillips can hang on to the lead as well, while it looks like Cox is on course for another win as well.
Full Report (part 1)Weather Conditions 14 C blue skies with light easterly breeze( pleasant playing conditions) arrived courtside at 11a.m. Arlidge was just finishing up on court 14.The brief points I saw suggested to me that Arlidge could match Guez hitting ability but couldn't control his power and was hitting too many unforced errors.I then moved around to courts 4-6 where Oliver , Ashley and Maniel were playing. I watched Oliver for a couple of games and he seemed to be really struggling and getting increasingly agitated. He was losing 4-1 and was basically being hit off the court. So I was surprised when I found out he had won the first set. You could also tell he was only 15 medium height but very slender in build. But what I liked was that he had plenty of attitude and was determined to match the spaniard blow for blow eventhough he was slightly under powered

Ashley was playing on the middle court and before I could assess his performance his match was over. I then watched the first few games of the Milton match . Smallish guy with not much intensity but very competitive in the rallies. I then moved back to watch the final set of the Golding match where the first four games went to deuce and Golding had 6 game points in the first two games. The points were much more competitive with Golding now matching the Spaniards hitting power but when the game points came they usually resulted in a tame error from Golding. His best shot appears to be his forehand with his serve needing plenty of work ( especially 2nd). I just felt ultimately he didn't believe he could win but it was still a very encouraging performance all the same. The last 2 games he tanked to make it 6-0 in the third.
Report (part3) The Bains match was a very tense affair with Bains serving for the match at 5-4 and 6-5 but being broken back both times.Even in the tie break he missed two match points at 6-3.During the tie break he was regularly praying to the lord saying that he had played too well today for him to lose it.He seemed very laid back and was generous to his opponent when he played a good shot. His opponent meanwhile was cursing away and was being cheered on by a very small Irish contingent. The rallies were quite long with Bains moonballing the Irishman just being content to stay in the rallies until the Irishman made an unforced error. He made just enough to allow Bains to win.
Eventhough the Phillips Paire match was being played on the middle court and therefore furthest away it had the most controversial moments . The frenchman trying everything he could to get the umpire onside. The referee was called out when he was 4-1 down in the first set complaining that he could not continue on the middle court because balls from the other court were occasionally coming across onto his court with sometimes the points having to be replayed.(The referee was quite a character. First of all he walked straight across the first court when Oliver was just about to serve and then when I asked about the Frenchman's complaint he said what does he expect it's not Roland Garros) Then Morgan started to get rattled but held his nerve to see out the first set. The frenchman continued to play mind games at the start of the second complaining with the umpire over a line call at the baseline and then sarcastically goating the umpire into why he didn't call a fault when he had served a clean ace the very next point. But this unsettled Morgan who promptly dropped his next service game to fall behind 2-0 in the second. Overall Morgan was striking the ball very well and this match would be a tough one to call. Eventhough the frenchman was clearly the most desperate man
Finally I watched a couple of the games in the Cox match (not a tall man ) but with no obvious weaknesses. He was in complete control of the rallies and the points against an opponent who looked older than his age.
