The draws that the Brits want are:

Schwank
Hernandez
Gimeno-Traver
Minar
Koellerer (that would be funny given his antics to see him on the BBC)
Andujar
Martin

Can't really complain with that draw for Murray as he should have an easy path to at least the semi's, if not the final.

Seppi or Ginepri may be the perfect kind of opening match where he'll be able to get a competitive match to start with but probably won't be in danger of losing.

Fish or Lopez in the last eight isn't exactly the toughest of ties, while his semi final doesn't look that difficult either.

Really should be reaching the final here where he'll probably face Roddick or Cilic, where he'll be the favourite to win the Queens title.

The one thing to say about this event though is that it's not as strong as it has been for a long time - doesn't look as if there are many top names here and not many matches stand out as being show court material in the opening rounds, other than the British matches, Hewitt, and Ferrero/Grosjean.

A best-priced 6-4 according to oddschecker. Unsurprisingly, Goodall and Ward are the rank outsiders.

It will be Andreas Seppi in round two for Murray after a 5-7, 7-6(4), 6-3 win over Robby Ginepri today.

Seppi is ranked 48 in the world, but has reached just one quarter final all year, that being in Belgrade where he reached the semi finals.

Head to head record is 1-1, with Murray winning 7-6(4), 7-5 in round two of Rotterdam earlier this year, but Seppi won their only meeting on a grass court, winning 7-6(4), 4-6, 6-1 in the QFs of Nottingham, although that was back in 2006.

Murray in straights in pretty much the only outcome I can see happening though.

I suppose so.

Darn BBC - they are supposed to have coverage until 8pm but they have packed their bags after the last singles. I have to go out shortly but I was planning to record Andy's doubles to watch later.furious

They usually do answer, but with a load of fluffy corporate-speak that means absolutely nothing. In fact some of the replies I have had have made me wonder if they have actually read properly what I have said, as the reply seems like a standard reply that doesn't actually fit.

i too, was looking forward to watching the doubles. it's usually more fun and light hearted than the singles.
