Jessica Ren took a set off Hofmann in her QF but got bagelled in the 3rd. Hofmann won 6-3 6-7 (1-7) 6-0.

Still 4 points isn't a bad start when you're only 14 smile.gif She probably won't ever get an easier 4 points either, having had to beat an unranked WC and an unranked LL to get to the QFs, but there's been enough of a history of Brits not taking their chances in the past for it to be a very positive sign that she did, finishing each match off with a bagel, the same treatment that was handed out to her today.
