Not really, unless she's intending to resurrect her singles career - great win though
It must have been though for Jade having been touted as the golden girl junior a few years back to lose to 16-year-old Heather in the latter's first senior match. That's 8 points on the board already for Heather, of course - once she has three counting events, she could go straight into the GB top 25.
Tara's R1 win will take her back into the top 600.

Thank you! Shame Sarah didn't back up her great first round win but singles is not her priority so I'm hardly gutted.
Looks like Katie is going to be our last hope, but she should be looking to take the title here.
Apparently there was a crowd of 100 yesterday for Heather's match, maybe they came back out today to cheer on our guys and that' helped them. Hope Heather can at least put up a fight in the second set.
