Anyway, it looks like Colin will now have to take out probably the two greatest Brit-bashers of all time if he wants to win the title here - think he fancies the challenge?

Looks like he wont have to as Minar succeeded where so many Brits fail and beat Nielsen
That's a hell of win for both Coxy and Fleming and a good one for Bloomers to get revenge for Jonny. To be cheeky I will pick the winner tomorrow being Cox, Minar, Oudesma and Bloomers.
Nearly a good prediction with Cox and Bloomers losing in final set TB's and Minar winning (Oudesma beating Robert was just a fools hope anyway). Flemski have closed in on another doubles title anyway:
Almost a pity, given that Colin was the last person to beat Nielsen before his huge streak.
Singles roundup:
QF: (WC) Colin Fleming WR 572 beat (WC) Dan Cox WR 814 by 6-7(8) 6-4 7-6 (4) QF: (7) Richard Bloomfield WR 335 lost to (2) Michael Yani (USA) WR 238 by 6-4 1-6 7-6(6)
SF: (WC) Colin Fleming WR 572 v (8) Jan Minar (CZE) WR 345 - winner to play (2) Yani or (3) Robert

Shame for Bloomers to have lost to Yani in a final set TB, and he could well have had a match point as well given that if the TB was on serve, he'd have been 6-5 up, but it will give him time to prepare for Jersey where the bigger points are on offer.
Same for Cox, and pushing Fleming to a final set TB is a good effort from him, especially after being thrashed earlier in the year, and if he can continue the form from this event it must only be a matter of time before his ranking goes up.
Fleming continues to have a good year and a another semi final will do the job of getting that ranking towards the level where he can be playing challenger qualifying most weeks, and he could trouble Minar if he plays well.
