Reading the posts above, I thought this might be more useful near the top of a new page than near the bottom of the previous one where it doesn't get seen:
L32: (WC) Dan Cox WR 814 beat (PR) Fritz Wolmarans (RSA) WR 1547 by 3 & 3 L32: (WC) Colin Fleming WR 572 beat (Q) Robert Varga WR 573 by 2 & 2 L32: (Q) Marcus Willis lost to (4) Frederik Nielsen (DEN) WR 288 by 4 & 4 L32: (WC) Chris Eaton WR 384 beat (Q) Radim Zitko (CZE) WR 1058 by 6-1 7-6(4) L32: (Q) Josh Milton WR 719 lost to (8) Jan Minar (CZE) WR 345 by 6-1 4-6 7-5 L32: (Q) Matt Illingworth WR 698 beat (WC) Richard Gabb UNR by 2 & 2 L32: (7) Richard Bloomfield WR 335 beat Igor Sijsling (NED) WR 499 by 2 & 3 L32: Jonny Marray WR 427 lost to Pierre Metenier (FRA) WR 404 by 7-6(5) 6-3 L32: Daniel Evans WR 451 lost to (2) Michael Yani (USA) WR 238 by 4 & 4

alright guys, who is this person who has the name as 'fitzy for top 100' ??
Also regarding the willis fat comments, slightly uncalled for as im sure he is going big in the gym and will get down to what ever weight he has been set.
But honestly who ever was calling him fat, it wont affect him, hes not that type of person.
(1) Colin Fleming/Ken Skupski WR 490 bt (WC) Daniel Cochrane/Richard Gabb UNR by 1 & 2
Scott Oudsema/Philip Simmonds (USA/USA) WR 841 bt Matt Illingworth/Ben Pritchard UNR by 1 & 4
(3) Chris Eaton/Martin Fischer (AUT) WR 589 bt Marc Sieber/Robert Varga (GER/HUN) WR 2297 by 6-3 7-6(5)
Jiri Krkoska/Jan Minar (CZE/CZE) WR 687 bt Dan Cox/Marcus Willis WR 2390 by 3-6 7-6(6) [10-8]
(WC) Tom Farquharson/Stefan Sterland-Markovic UNR bt Burnham Arlidge/Kyle Brassington WR 2695 by 1-6 6-4 [10-5]
(4) Frederik Nielsen/Martin Pederson (DEN/DEN) WR 656 bt Josh Milton/David Smethurst WR 1663 by 7-6(8) 7-5
Dan Evans/Henri Kontinen (FIN) WR 1329 bt (WC) (2) Jamie Delgado/Jonny Marray WR 510 by 2 & 3
* Some interesting results there! Evo & Kontinen are really on a roll...!
QFs:
(1) Fleming/Skupski vs Oudsema/Simmonds (3) Eaton/Fischer vs Krkoska/Minar Farquharson/Sterland-Markovic vs (4) Nielsen/Pedersen Wolmarans/Yani (who had a walkover against Robert & Sanon) vs Evans/Kontinen
it amuses me that marcus comes on here and makes a post and instantly everyone is sucking up and licking his ass. maybe he could have won today if he wasnt so fat
Regardless of who you speak to on here whether a player, fan, parent, journo or coach being blatantly personal is absolutely NOT on.
We have protected this forum from all sorts over the last 4 years and we are not about to put up with personal jibes which are so unfounded.
Having strong opinions on GB tennis is one thing but this clap-trap is no welcome.
Please withdraw your slander and stick to commenting on tennis.
Really want you to be part of this forum but you have to get with it.
Not the best day with Marray and Evans losing (although to higher ranked opponents, it's just that we expected them to win), but at least Cox got past Wolmarans to give us one Brit who we didn't all expect to get through.
Good wins for Illy, Fleming, Bloomers and Eaton as we hoped, but it's a shame that none of the others could get through despite them putting up a good effort.
Bloomers and Eaton are the best chance of getting a QFinalist here, although Fleming could push Mertens, and I'm sure Cox has given Fischer a good match before - Illy though will be just another victim for Robert (why couldn't he have lost that TB!!!)

Yeh i agree mate, I think you know alot as you did say Andy Murray had no talent and would get nowhere! , I think everyone on this forum listens to you, please give me some more words of wisdom. You make me laugh.
I do find all this name calling rather pathetic we have had this on here many times before and it usually comes out as being other players doing so to provoke a response from each other, maybe this is why British tennis is in the state it is in.
It seems to be the same person/coach sticking up for the players on each occasion which is admirable but if I remember correctly was this not the same coach who had his own badly behaved unprofessional players hack his password to name call and abuse players? I do find it all rather tidious hence my reluctance to post on here for a while and whilst it seems that the two players that have tried so hard to create mischief and scandal in the past have thankfully stopped playing as they were going no where fast, I can't help but wonder are they at the root of this abrupt and rather pointless slating of Marcus Willis as they have been with Sean Thornley, Andrew Fitzpatrick, George Coupland & Ahmed El Menshawy?
As for the coach in question, it seems he has had a lot of success for a young coach but surely it can not do his career any good by getting involved in mindless, immature, pointless name calling of players as their unofficial head defender?
For a site that was once a very good one for information and results for the true tennis fan, it seems it has once again returned to the sad and pathetic soap opera that has discouraged so many exsisting members to stop posting and leave the site, I hope the powers that be can look at this and try to police this site better in the future.
